In order to improve the production level
of students' lunch boxes, meanwhile ensuring hygiene
and safety standards are maintained, our company has
introduced advanced technology from overseas, and designed
the FRH type Cover Sealing Machine for Students' Lunch
Boxes.
The machine adopts a chain stepping driving mechanism
and electronic temperature control, with beautiful shape,
reasonable construction, comprehensive performance and
easy operation. Main components are covered with stainless
steel and conform to the requirements of the National
Hygiene Act. Standardized large-scale production of
this machine has been undertaken.
The main characteristics are as follows:
1.The processes of cover sealing, sterilization and
counting are controlled by automatic programs with reliable
performance.
2.Double heating and sealing device provides a successful
sealing rate of 100%.
3.The heating and sealing temperature can be set, adjusted
and controlled.
Multiple models of this machine are available: single
box model, double box model, four box model, square
box model and round box model. The machine can be manufactured
to order according to the shape of the packing box used
by the client. |
